Notice of Public Meeting and 45 Day Review of the 5-year 2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

Central Arizona Governments (CAG) herby announces the 45-day review public period for the proposed 5-year 2026-2030 Transportation Review Program (TIP). The draft of the proposed TIP will be available for public and agency review and comment. Comments will be accepted until January 26, 2026 for consideration by CAG’s Regional Council. A public meeting will be held on: December 17, 2025 from 6-8 P.M. (MST) at 2540 W. The Central Arizona Governments (CAG) hereby gives public notie that it is the Agency’s policy to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related statutes and regula�ons in all programs and ac�vi�es. Title VI requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, and/or na�onal origin be excluded from the par�cipa�on in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any Federal Aid Highway program or other activity for which CAG receives Federal financial assistance.

Any person, who believes his/her Title VI protection has been violated, may file a complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the CAG Title VI/ADA Program Coordinator, Ms. Zeena Gagnon, within one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Title VI Discrimination Complaint Forms may be obtained from the CAG Office or website.
