FY 2016 WIA Accomplishments

  • CAG provided service during FY 2016 to 180 participants within the WIOA Adult Services Program, and 181 participants within the WIOA Dislocated Worker Program.
  • During FY 2016, a total of four degrees, five certificates and 15 occupational licenses have been awarded to WIOA Adult program participants.  A total of 48 participants remain in active training.  A total of five degrees, seven certificates, and six occupational licenses have been awarded to WIOA Dislocated Worker program participants.  A total of 32 participants remain in active training.
  • The Adult Program is currently exceeding common performance measures for Employment Retention and Average Earnings Increase.   We are meeting or exceeding all common performance and statutory measures for the Dislocated Worker Program.
  • During FY 2016, CAG has spent on average approximately $4,500 per participant in the Adult Program, which means that the WIOA Adult Program potentially has a direct impact of approximately $963,000 throughout Pinal County.
