The Central Arizona Governments (CAG) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit a proposal for consideration to conduct the GCIPTA Administrative Development Project to: develop a transition plan, develop structure and governance, financial management, Civil Rights plans, procurement policy, service and fare charge policy and a grants management and capital program.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2025, electronically, via email at sabraham@cagaz.org.

The message within the email of the proposal shall also indicate the name and address of the respondent.

REVISED BID SCHEDULE

The City of Globe (Grantee) has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the
Arizona Department of Housing for the Skate Park Improvements project. The City will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services:

CDBG funds will be used for construction services including extending approximately 120 feet by 5 feet (600 square feet) of sidewalk along the west side of the tennis courts from the southwest corner of the tennis courts, to the concrete pad with the skate ramps. This will also include installation of three (3) ADA compliant concrete pads for picnic tables, installation of an ADA water fountain near the entrance, southwest of the skate ramp pad, and the installation of 33 Skate Park Equipment items (see Appendix A for technical specifications, detailed equipment list and a diagram for reference).

All bids must be on a unit-price basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted.

Bids must be sealed, labeled “Globe Skate Park Improvements”, and delivered to the City of Globe; ATTN: Shelly Salazar, 150 N. Pine Street, Globe, AZ 85501, no later than 2: 30 p.m. on November 17, 2025. Mailed bids must be received by the deadline. Faxes are not acceptable. Late bids will be returned unopened.

Minority, woman-owned and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit. Grantee may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of Grantee.
